Willow Creek Security by Elizabella Baker

 The only thing I can come up with, is FUN. It's a gentle read, but not a mindless read, which is good. I read the series (as far as they're published) in one (waaaay to hot to move) weekend. The stories are each following a completely different path but the characters overlap per story, making it read like an ongoing story, while still being stand-alones, if you don't want to read them all, or in order.  If the writer is a new discovery for you, as she was for me, it will be a nice surprise. I'll be keeping an eye out beginning of October for the next book to "drop" :-)
